Consultation Fees
• Initial consultation — 60–90 minutes — $295
A comprehensive first visit to review your full health history and develop an individualized treatment plan.
• Acute consultation (short-term illness) — approximately 45 minutes — $125
For short-term concerns such as colds, flu, fever, or infections (e.g., UTIs).
• Follow-up consultation — 30–45 minutes — $120
To review progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Initial consultation + one follow-up — $400
Recommended for new patients starting care.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 4–6 weeks, depending on the nature of the case and response to treatment.
Homeopathic consultations are not covered by health insurance and are offered on a private, self-pay basis.
Scheduling & Payment
After scheduling your consultation, you will receive the appropriate intake forms and office policies to review and complete before your appointment.
Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. You may pay by Zelle or by credit or debit card through a secure payment link.
Your appointment is confirmed once the required forms are submitted and payment is received.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are not eligible for refund. Repeated missed appointments may affect the ability to schedule future consultations.
