A homeopathic consultation begins with a detailed conversation about your health concerns. We discuss your current symptoms, medical history, and other aspects of your health that may be relevant. The information gathered during this conversation provides the foundation for a thorough analysis of your case.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is an opportunity to explore your health concerns in depth. We discuss when your symptoms began, how they have changed over time, and how they affect your daily life. We also explore your physical and emotional well-being, medical history, previous treatments, and other information relevant to your case.
Following the appointment, I take time to review and analyze the information gathered before selecting a homeopathic remedy. Even when a remedy appears clear during the consultation, I prefer to examine the case carefully before making my final recommendation. This process typically takes a few days.
Once the analysis is complete, I contact you with my recommendation and instructions.
Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up consultations allow us to evaluate your progress and determine whether any changes to your homeopathic treatment are needed.
We review changes in your original symptoms, as well as your sleep, energy level, and general health. Some changes may become noticeable sooner than others, so we consider your overall progress since the previous consultation.
The information gathered during each follow-up helps guide decisions about continuing, adjusting, or changing the prescribed remedy. Sometimes, the appropriate course is simply to observe your progress without making any changes.
Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 4–6 weeks, depending on the nature of the case and response to treatment.
Acute Consultations
Acute consultations are intended for recent health concerns that require prompt attention, such as the sudden onset of an illness or a short-term condition.
Unlike an initial consultation, which involves a detailed review of your health history, an acute consultation focuses primarily on the current illness, including when it began, how symptoms have developed, and your present condition.
Because acute conditions often require timely attention, a homeopathic remedy is generally recommended during or shortly after the consultation.
Acute consultations are available to both new and existing patients, depending on the nature of the concern and appointment availability.

Homeopathic consultations are not covered by health insurance and are offered on a private, self-pay basis.
Scheduling & Payment
After requesting an appointment, you will receive the appropriate intake forms and office policies to review and complete before your appointment.
Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. You may pay by Zelle or by credit or debit card through a secure payment link.
Your appointment is confirmed once the required forms are submitted and payment is received.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations and missed appointments are not eligible for refund. Repeated missed appointments may affect the ability to schedule future consultations.
